I have been working on some New card stock sticker magnets, some glittered butterflies and handmade glittered flip flops and dragon flies and some felt birds I will be posting later today. Spring is here and I think it is coming together very well in my shop. also working on some new birthday cards and children inspired cards. So excited I again (at least for a little while) I have the creative bug again! Enjoy!

This is my first Easter greeting I did this year and my fav!

Today I am beginning to create my Mother's Day Cards and a few more spring Easter cards with my new paper and gadgets I bought. Can't wait to post them and see how they do!! I will tell you when I am deep into it which is my favorite so far. Right now I am in love with the green and pink Easter bunny Easter card with glitter.

The economy is not doing well, my full time job is laying off or cutting more peoples hours again and the future for summer weddings looks bright about the first week of may through July and early September but not enough yet still lost over 15 hours a week and not getting them back again until Easter week. Then will I be able to catch up before the summer when thee hubby's second job kicks out for summer break? (he works in the education field as a school night custodian).

So we will see in the mean time, if you get a chance to check out my new designs maybe even buy a couple it of course is much appreciated for more publicity and referrals and the added income always helps.

My daughter was some of my inspiration for my spring designs on cards and will be again helping me. She picked things out for the mother's day cards as she went shopping for my paper and gadgets. She picked out some stamps she wants me to use to make her idea influenced mother's day cards for sale! Be on the look out for the mother's day cards marked A Child's Mother's Day picks!

I am 33, married and a mother of one girl 5 years old. I have owned my own part-time card business from my home and selling on the internet for 3 years now. I love scrapbook paper and started making cards and my husband deceided I should sell the cards I make. After lots of searching for info and lots of running around to get the paper work I needed Creative Elegance Handmade Cards was born!

I also am a very creative floral designer(hence my e-mail floraldeziner2@hotmail.com) I have been floral designing with fresh flowers for about 14 years now! I am employed full time at a large chicago land area florist for over 17 years now as a wedding floral designer! I love my job and love doing something with my hands.

I enjoy reading and keeping up on the trends in my floral design books and magazines along side with my scrapbook and cardmaker books and magazines. (they drive my husband nuts my piles of reading materials all over!!!

I am a creative person so you can see why both jobs allow me to broaden my creativity!
