August Simon says card kit card I made with the kit

Made this card from the August Simon Says Stamps kit. I am going to give it to my mom for her August Birthday she is 73! I used the burlap flower and two of the papapers weaved together to form like a checker board. I used the stencil to make the bottom pattern. I used  stamp inks and a blending tool on the stencil I got great colors!. The twine I used to tie onton the card and a Sentiment stamped and added pink rhinestones! Love it!

All new items!! Been busy this summer!

Ok some new creations!! Some for sale on my shop at cedesigns1.etsy.com and some not yet. But here are my latest! I have been busy making card buying stamps and even purchased a inkadinkado stamping gear deluxe set I got half off!! I have recently joined a card of the month club with stamps,paper and embellishments coming soon to get the creative juices flowing!! Should be creating Anniveresary card or two and friends cards and christmascards I am beginning this month!

Have not been on here in a while! Probably should post a few new things I've made. I have a get well card for a co-worker most recent make, but it was not worthy of pics it wasn't perfect just to send to a friend, and a couple for valentine's day oh.. and a spring flower cart I iris folded. I could post those.

 I need to be thinking of spring cards but not inspired yet. But the cuttle bug I bought found out to use it I have to buy a C plate. Well waiting to use my 40% off coupon at hobby lobby for that so I can use to cut out stuff, right now all it does really is emboss! A little interested in these fabric flower cards I see and the pop up cards for mothers day. Oh.... and I really like the make your own glimmer mist..that's a day at the dollar tree getting bottles and experimenting!
Also have to see about making a pregnancy card for  someone. Most I see have a pregnant cute girl stamp on it. Rubber stamp pregnant girl are expensive! digis are less though those cute too.
Off tomorrow sleeping in(cause I am up writing this at 2 am cause I could not sleep) and we shall see if I make anything tomorrow. Post more pics in a few days mean time enjoy the end of winter and bring on spring!
